SUPPORTING YOUR CHOICES
Courses
800 families and counting
I have a variety of support and workshops that I run regularly that suit all parents at different stages. I am frequently adding workshops all the time and always create a WhatsApp group so that the supportive network can continue long after you’ve finished a course.
If you are interested in learning about pregnancy, labour and birth or parenting challenges, I have a course.
Anyone interested in a supportive group course, giving research & evidence based information, an opportunity for pregnant mums and partners to meet other local parents due at similar dates, discuss labour choices, relaxation techniques, labour positions, pain relief, postnatal concerns and breastfeeding advice and access to many support networks in the area.
By the end of every one of my courses, you’ll feel more confident about birth, parenting, feeding, sleep and have strategies that suit your choices as well as have a great support network of like minded friends.
Your parenting journey can start here on the right path for you.

Doula
A Doula (pronouned DOO-luh) offers emotional, practical and signposting support to someone before, during and after childbirth.
I believe in “parenting the parents” – enabling new parents to have the most rewarding & empowered time that they can during pregnancy, birth and the early days as they step into parenthood. Research shows that if a parent is respected, listened to and heard, they are more likely to view their birth and the early days of parenting as a positive experience.
This can have a lasting impact on how the family copes with the changes of parenthood and the mental well being of each family member.
