Refresher Antenatal Course
£150.00- £200.00
You may be pregnant with a subsequent child and need a few sessions to refresh your knowledge or introduce your partner to family life.
My Refresher antenatal 4 session courses run for subsequent mums and partners and are online using Zoom.
Anyone interested in an NCT style course, giving research and evidence based information, an opportunity for pregnant mums and partners to meet other local parents due at similar dates, discuss labour choices, relaxation techniques, labour positions, pain relief, postnatal concerns and breastfeeding advice and access to many support networks in the area.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident about birth and parenting, have a birth plan that suits your choices and have a great support network of like minded friends.
Your parenting journey can start here on the right path for you.

Testimonials
Happy Parents
“Cally’s course was brilliant. Being new to the area ourselves, she had invaluable knowledge on local support and services available, including the experience in hospital itself, as well as fantastic information on generally preparing for a second baby”
“It was also great to meet other mums. The WhatsApp group and continued support from both Cally and the other mums is amazing and has been so helpful as issues and questions come up since the course finished.
“Can’t recommend Cally enough, her energy & enthusiasm plus experience speaks for itself. Empowering mums and passion for supporting choice”
“I loved the course. It was just the refresher course but me personally I learnt a lot. I’m going to be a first time father and I’m so much more confident now than I was before doing this course.”
